All returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. No returns can be made after that time. Allow up to 7 business days to process your return.
Products must be in their original container, unpacked and unused for a full refund. Partially used products will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
You will need to return (at your cost) the item unless we indicate otherwise. Uniful is not responsible for items that are lost in the mail. No exceptions. For that reason we recommend that for your protection you mail your return with insurance and tracking.
Place the item in its original packaging. Kits must include all pieces to be considered for return.
Place packaged item in a suitable shipping container.
